A Perfect Pantry

Our customer in Frisco, Texas did not have enough shelving or proper lighting in the pantry. They also wanted more countertop space and some wine storage. Our expert designer took a look at the space available and came up with a plan.

The original pantry was a bit small so we converted a larger closet into the pantry.  We began the pantry conversion by adding a nice countertop complete with drawers below. There was space for upper cabinets which added to the storage space. Under cabinet lighting makes it very workable space.

The drawers were the perfect place to store things like paper goods, napkins, and even water bottles. Quick and easy for anyone in the family to grab some water and stay hydrated.

 

Shallow shelves were a great space for canned goods and small boxes of food. The small wooden boxes and woven baskets add a touch of class to the shelves. They make a great compliment to the shimmering chandelier. 

By moving the pantry into a larger closet that left the original pantry space for some wonderful wine storage. Now they have so much space for their wine collection to grow.

The wine racks have lovely ribbon lighting. The lighting not only adds a gorgeous design element, it also makes it easy to read wine labels. Pretty and practical…that’s what makes a perfect pantry.
